HI eveyone, my name is Michael and im a Canadian that just purchased a property in Playa a year ago. This is a letter of recommendation for Paraiso Riviera Maya and owner operator Susana Gaytan. We met at a reality function about 4 years ago in an open house event in Playa del Carmen. We kept in touch over the years and when it became time to get serious to buy a property, I contacted Susana to help look for and guide me thru the purchase process. Because she has lived here for more than 30 years her knowledge of all the areas was incredible. So, after months of looking she found me the perfect match my dream retirement home. The work load I gave her was a lot because of my specific needs and wants were not easy to find but thus it all she found what i think is perfect for me. The whole project took some months and Susana was very professional and smart, she handles the whole thing right thru to the closing. She really knows business and the market answering questions and concerns promptly and correctly. So, anyone who is interested in working with Susana you will not be disappointed, I highly recommend her. Ok, now as a footnote to add to this I just purchased a 2nd property through Susana a couple of weeks ago in Tulum a year after the first one. Awesome job Susana! Thank you... Mike
